Self-locking mechanism for transport concrete pillar

The thesis is focused on the fastening and transportation of load concrete pillar of given parameters. The goal is to design suitable kinematics of self-locking mechanism to secure the pillar. Handling of design solution contains functional and strength calculation of individual parts of mechanism including its 3D visualization supplemented with drawing documentation.

Technological manipulator of smoking-chamber

This work designs overall structural design of technological manipulator of smoking- chamber, which serves to move the trolleys with food between smoking and chilling chamber. Chambers are connected in a single device. Trolleys are considered with full and uniformly distributed load. Work includes a 3D model of equipment and production documentation.

Trolley for manipulation

This Bachelor thesis deals with solution of interoperative material transport and design of trolley for manipulation of flooring rolls. The trolley was designed with the aim to increase safety and simplify the manipulation. It is simple welded frame made of metallurgical products. The trolley was designed to transport rolls with weight about 150 kg. Factor of safety was 23,5. It means that the construction of frame is well-dimensioned. This thesis also includes complete drawing documentation

This diploma thesis describes design of Electrical railway station cart. This thesis contains research part, which focuses on historical background, contemporary products, trends, technical specications and possibilities of progressive technology applications. Based on this research, nal design was created and is described in the second part from the view of shape, technology, construction and ergonomics. Thesis ends with summarization of designs benets and with evaluation of fullling thesis goals.

Trailer for transportation of persons

This bachelor´s thesis is occupied with design construction of safety trailer, which is intended for usage in heavy landscape, where the trailer is used for transport the only one person from unapproachable areas. The purpose of this bachelor´s thesis is to create concept, design and computation of carrying construction, solving of apprehension the multi-purpose stretcher. The work also includes selected mechanical drawings.

Soustava těles s pasivním účinkem s brzdou

This thesis deals with the solution of the body system using NNTP static theory model. The introductory part defines the basic magnitudes and concepts, describes the constraints and the types of passive effects. In the practical part, the influence of passive effects on different moving states in the particular system of the towed trolley is determined. Furthermore, two variants of mechanical friction brakes are designed and compared. The numerical values of unknown parameters are determined by solving the system of linear equations in Matlab.
